Constantly trying to see the silver lining as you push yourself to run on fumes becomes quite draining after a while. I’ve found that spending time just falling through waves has this abstract power where the craving to justify that everything’s going to turn out well just dissipates into silence. Going for a spontaneous swim at Manly last night was a solid reminder of this. I feel like this photo captures that feeling right before being consumed by a wave, I hope you enjoy it 😊
